Getting your shipment to you on time is our top priority.
All InfiniteAloe shipments are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed first thing Monday morning.
If in the rare event a product is not available, you will be notified by email.
In the USA, we use FedEx shipping, and orders take 2 to 3 days to arrive. All orders will arrive at your house or business within 2 to 3 business days from the time the order is processed in our Ohio warehouse. PO boxes are shipped using the US Postal Service and orders take 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping cut off time for the day is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.
In Canada, we use Canada Post and ship from Vancouver, BC. Shipping times vary by province, the West Coast of Canada shipping times are 1 to 3 business days, and the East Coast is 3 to 6 business days.
In the UK, we use Royal Mail and ship from Kent. Shipping times vary by region, and generally takes 5 to 7 business days.
For international orders (outside of USA, Canada and UK), we ship using FedEx, and shipping times vary from 2 to 6 business days to arrive at your local customs. All international orders are shipped from Ohio.
We measure the weight and dimensions of all packages prior to shipping, to ensure exact accuracy of your order.
For international destinations outside of USA, Canada and UK, additional duties and fees may be required depending on the requirements of your country's customs.

Canada shipments are sent from Vancouver. UK shipments are sent from Kent. USA and international shipments are sent from Ohio.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email care@infinitealoe.com. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, within 90 days of purchase. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Orders placed at other retailers such as Costco, Walmart, eBay and Amazon will have to be returned to the place of original purchase.
