All InfiniteAloe shipments are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed first thing Monday morning.

Shipping cut off time for the day is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.

In the USA, we use FedEx shipping, and orders take 2 to 3 days to arrive. All orders will arrive at your house or business within 2 to 3 business days from the time the order is processed in our Ohio warehouse. PO boxes are shipped using the US Postal Service and orders take 3 to 7 business days.

In Canada, we use Canada Post and ship from Vancouver, BC. Shipping times vary by province, the West Coast of Canada shipping times are 1 to 3 business days, and the East Coast is 3 to 6 business days.

In the UK, we use Royal Mail and ship from Kent. Shipping times vary by region, and generally takes 5 to 7 business days.

For international orders (outside of USA, Canada and UK), we ship using FedEx, and shipping times vary from 2 to 6 business days to arrive at your local customs. All international orders are shipped from Ohio.

Depending on where you purchase your product, will determine the exact return policy that is followed.

If you have purchased from one our distributors at a trade show or event, there is also a 90-day money back guarantee.

If you are purchasing from a different website or one of our many retailers, the return policy for their business will be followed, and the return will be done from the retailer where the purchase was made.
