01 — Complete Skin Care

Wash skin with warm (not hot) water, using a gentle cleanser.

Within 3 minutes of washing, bathing, or showering — apply Complete Skin Care generously to face and body.

Massage more into areas that need extra attention without pulling on skin. Very dry, scaly, or rough areas may need multiple daily applications until the skin is fully hydrated.

03 — Nordic Mud Peat Mask

Nordic Mud — 15 minutes, once a week. Apply any time, day or night.

Gently apply to the entire face, avoiding the eyes and mouth but going directly up to lips and under eyes. Apply to any skin you want refreshed and vibrant.

Leave on for 15–20 minutes. Nordic Mud is a wet mask — it does not need to dry to work.

Rinse off with warm water, then follow with Complete Skin Care or Gold Anti-Aging Formula — both absorb especially well after a peat treatment.
04 — Gold Anti-Aging Formula

Gold Anti-Aging — pat, don't rub. Morning and evening.

On freshly cleaned skin, use your ring finger to pat or tap Gold gently into the face and neck. Pat — never rub. Rubbing pulls delicate skin, especially around the eyes.

Pat gently around eyes, mouth, forehead, neck, and chest — anywhere you want to address or prevent signs of aging.

Use as a night treatment, or morning and night for accelerated results.

05 — Skin Polish

Skin Polish — circular motions, once a week. Follow with Gold.

Dampen skin with warm water.

Apply Skin Polish using circular motions on face, neck, and shoulders for 60–90 seconds.

Rinse gently with water. Skin should feel smooth and refreshed.

Apply Gold Anti-Aging Formula immediately after — freshly polished skin absorbs actives more effectively, maximising every application.
06 — Revive Biocellulose Mask

Revive — 15 to 20 minutes. No rinsing needed.

Thoroughly cleanse the face with warm water.

Gently remove the mask from the pouch. It sits between two protective layers — remove one layer to expose the biocellulose side.

Apply the unprotected biocellulose side directly to your face, then carefully peel off the second protective layer.

Smooth the mask across your face with your fingers, removing any air bubbles.
5
Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then peel off, discard, and pat any remaining serum into the skin. No rinsing needed.
