I feel completely scammed by Infinite Aloe and would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from them.
I placed an order for over $300 at a conference with Tammee. I wrote down my email and phone number, and she confirmed the information back to me. Despite that, my contact information was apparently not entered into their system, so I never received shipment tracking. I had to call customer service myself just to find out the package was being delivered on a day I would be out of town, with no way to redirect it on my own. The company had to reroute the package.
When I finally picked it up, the order was incomplete and did not include all of the items I was promised at the time of purchase. When I reported this, I was told there was a supply shortage. They later sent another package, again without tracking information. Luckily, I happened to be in town and it was not stolen. However, the additional product they sent was dried out and unusable.
At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Infinite Aloe then demanded that I return all products, even though the return policy was not listed on the receipt I was provided at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, I later encountered Tammee at another conference, where she repeatedly walked by the booth my colleague and I were managing for our employer while video recording us without permission. I reported this as harassment, and instead of taking accountability, the company tried to get me to cancel…
