Illuminate targets the one thing most people notice first when their skin isn't at its best — dullness. The biocellulose fiber (1,000 times thinner than a human hair, originally developed for advanced medical skin applications) forms a full seal against the face and allows a concentrated brightening serum to absorb more effectively than any standard topical product.
